Main functions and characteristics:

a. This machine is lower-adjust 3 rolls rolling machine, which is used in steel material bend deformation, round and arc shape and certain taper work-piece.
b. Having function of pre-bend function on the top of plate.

Rolls all have drive, which the lower roll is droved and fixed by gear of hydraulic motor and can move horizontally, while the upper roll is droved by central gear of two motors and two reducers, conquering the skid phenomenon in rolling process. It is recently advanced rolling equipment in our country that is widely used in petroleum, chemical, boiler, shipbuilding, steel structure and machine manufacture industry.

Due to lower roll horizontal movement, series of W11X 3 rolls rolling machine has the function of coil and pre-bend, whose main body is made up of upper roll part, lower roll part, overturning frame part, support roll part, and frame part

The upper roll part is made up of upper roll reducer box, motor, and reducer; while the lower roll is made up of lower roll, hydraulic motor, and gear; and the overturning frame part is made up of overturning frame, and elevating cylinder; the support roll part has support roll and stationary load support frame. The frame part has basement and right and left supporter.
