4-roller Rolling Machine for Rolling Round and Arc Shape Metal Plate

2. Description:

This equipment adopt the principle of three point form one circle , rolling the flat plate to arc shape and round shape , the action is following:

a. The bottom roller vertical elevates. Power is hydraulic oil cylinder. Function is to couple with top roller and side roller, then make plate deformation.

b. Side roller tilting moving. Power is hydraulic oil cylinder. Function is to give press on the plate, to couple with top roller then make plate bending.

c. Top roller rotating action. Power is electromotor. Function is to move the plate, then continuous deformation and final form round.

The top roller install on left / right frame. Transmission part gives the power to top roller through motor, reducer, and coupling shaft, which supply torque when rolling the plate. Left side bear of top roller have overturn action through hydraulic oil cylinder, which is easy to discharge the plate. There has balance part on right side of top roller, makes sure the top roller’s balance when left bear body overturns.

Bottom roller /side roller install in guide slot of left/right frame. Bottom roller and side roller is idler roller.

The bottom roller make elevating action through hydraulic oil cylinder, its function is clamp plate; cooperate with side roller and rolling. The left/right side roller are in two side of bottom roller, making tilting elevating action through hydraulic oil cylinder , adjusting the place of side roller, cooperate with top/bottom roller make end pre-bending and round rolling.
