2. Description:

 

The laser cutting machine can melt the material by focusing the laser beams on surface of material via optical focusing mirror. It can form smooth kerf. If the moving device make the laser beams and material doing relative motion along the set trajectory, it can cut some specific kerfs.

 

3. Laser cutting’s features

1. When the laser beams are focused through focusing mirror, light spot diameter will reduce, and then the kerf of workpiece will be reduced.

2. Contact-free cutting, cutting edge has small effect area of heat, no heat distortion, high cutting quality, smooth appearance, good look, and no need to after processing.

3. No need to make mould, it can set any shape of graphics, which is not affected by workpiece shape, and can be flexible manufacturing.

4. High cutting precision, smooth kerf, and high cutting efficiency.
