2. Description:

Pre-centering device ( three sets for one group) of this star beam assembly machine is placed with some distance of input roller. The upper and down part of three sets of pre-centering devices is driven by pump tank and draw bars to generally center the workpiece. There are motor reducer and guide screw on upper pre-centering deviceto elevate the T-beam steel.

Input conveyor is composed of two driven roller s and two idler rollers. Driven rollers are pushed by main driving devicethrough chanis , it has the same liner speed with main machine .

Output conveyor is composed of two driven roller s and two idler rollers, which are placed intervall. Two driving roller s have own motor reducer, powered by same transducer with main machine to confirm same speed with main machine .

Hydraulic system is composed of hydraulic pump station, pipes,hydraulic tank and motor. It controls all movement of the machine, except main driving, the elevating od pre-centering device and output roller .

Electrical control system is composed of electrical control box, manipulation box, main driving motor, elevating motor in pre-centering device, motor of output roller,coder ,counter examing circuit, controls main driving,elevating of pre-centering device, output main roller, hydraulic pump station, electricalmaganetic valve, upper locating device and side locating device .
