This is a special and multi-function machine for welded section steel and H profile steel shot blasting cleaning machine. It is able to shot blast original steel surface in strong power, to eliminate the rust, welded slag and oxide skin, and to achieve a certain roughness and a even metallic luster surface. After the treatment, it is able to improve the steel plate surface coating quality and anti-corrosive capacity.

Application industry includes metal structure welding parts, steel products, rails vehicle, engineering machinery and bridge manufacturing industry.

This shot blasting machine has a complete ventilation and dedust system including dust collection pipe, wind adjusting valve, filter-barrel deduster, ventilator, wind pipe and chimney.

Wind adjusting valve can adjust the separator separating speed, wind speed and wind pressure in dust collection pipe to make dust controlled effectively so get national standard. The deduster is a combination of 18 filter-barrel which is easily replaced when needed. The deduster reverse blow power pressure is 0.5-0.6 Mpa which adopts high grade reverse blow valve to maintain 250,000 times using without problem. Filter-barrel filter material is new type material. Its characteristic is adhering a submicron of super gauzy fiber to ordinary filter material, on this adhesive layer the fiber is arranged compactly and the seam is 1% of fiber layer (that is 0.12-0.6 micron).
