3. Description:

By adopting IGBT inverter technology and advanced control circuit, the IGBT inverter DC manual arc welder has the advantages of good static and dynamic characteristics, arc striking easily and stable welding process. With the current presetting function available, the equipment is operated conveniently. Meanwhile, it also has the favorable functions of protection from overheat, over current and under-voltage. In addition, many kinds of welding electrodes are fit for the equipment, such as acid electrode, basic electrode and cellulose electrode.

When under standard 415V, the welder can put out stable DC current. When the voltage fluctuates at ±15%, the output current is no influence (the fluctuate range can be larger if current is small). When 0°C40°C, the welder can work normally. According to technics of manual arc welding, the welder has starting arc current and push current.
